Zwolle

A trip of about 200km all the way to Groningen, for the birthday of a friend. Beats the train for sure.

I’ve driven from Toronto to Ottawa and taken the train, and I have to say, I prefer driving (although having an amazing co-pilot does make it better).

A28. That’s the point I cannot control myself anymore and ignore all speed limits. Groningen is just too far!

Well we were in the Aygo of a friend, with 3 people, so not much control was needed to stick to the limit. Haha

Groningen really is further away from the rest of the country than the other way around. I might’ve become desensitized to longer distances, but when there are no traffic jams nothing in this country of ours is far. I drove to Gent a weekend ago, after work, from Groningen. I was there before I knew it.

Getting to Utrecht usually takes me over an hour, can you imagine how many time I lose on getting to Groningen?

Gent? Kans misgelopen om de TTB zelf op te pikken ;-)
